Stella's Grocery is a high volume gourmet market seeking full and part time Front of House grocery clerks and baristas for our new location opening in Midlothian, Starting pay is $12/hour plus gratuity which ranges from another $4-$9 per hour. Must be able to work in fast paced , multi tasking environment that exudes the Stella's high quality standards. Guest service is a priority, professional customer service experience is a must. Barista experience is a plus but not required. Training on coffee menu is conducted during training shifts.
-Greet guests, answer questions, ring guests up and bag accordingly.
-Stock/put away deliveies
-Make coffee beverages
-Proactively assist guests with timely and accurate information. Make recommendations.
-Maintain knowledge of all products in store.
-Fill displays, refrigerators. Organize and clean throughout shift.
-Maintain clean and tidy work areas.
-Follow quality & safety guidelines & procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
