Job Overview
We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. You’ll be the face of our brand in-store—helping customers find what they love, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring every shopper has a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Provide product details and styling advice to help customers make confident purchases
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales opportunities
- Accurately process cash and credit transactions
- Stay informed on current promotions and sales events
- Restock and organize merchandise to maintain a polished store appearance
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and close sales
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Solid math skills for handling cash and managing stock
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Management opportunities available for candidates with relevant leadership experience
