Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Sales Support / Customer Support -
- Respond to RFQ, pricing & delivery enquiries from our distributors.
- Assist distributors with urgent requests, shipping issues, troubleshooting…etc.
- Coordinate with Japan Headquarter on order status and deliveries.
- Assist sales activities of both Kentucky and Michigan offices.
QuickBooks Entry –
- Verify items and pricing on orders and generate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in QuickBooks.
Shipping/Receiving Support -
- Manage daily shipping schedule and prepare shipping document for Shipping Associate.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up with freight companies.
- Assist shipping/receiving activities and check daily outgoing shipments.
- Step in when Shipping Associate is unavailable
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum Associate degree.
- At least 2 years previous Inside Sales, Customer Service support or Shipping experience preferred.
- Previous familiarity with Quick Books would be a plus, but ESTIC can train the candidate if needed.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word...etc.
- Must be self-starter, willing to understand goals with only big picture explanation, and then plan, execute and confirm work results on your own.
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds without physical restrictions.
Position Reporting: This position reports directly to the ESTIC Kentucky Inside Sales Manager.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
