Server – Opening Team

This is not an entry-level serving position. We are looking for seasoned hospitality professionals who understand fast-paced, high-volume service and take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences. Three years of experience is required.
If you’re professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and take pride in great service, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, family-friendly dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation and quality
- Have strong menu knowledge and confidently make recommendations
- Handle POS transactions accurately (Toast experience a plus)
- Check on tables throughout the meal to ensure guest satisfaction
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables and service areas
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving experience preferred (pizza or casual-upscale experience a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working weekends, nights, and holidays
- Pride in hospitality and guest experience
