Job Summary
We are seeking a Call Center Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity near Kent, WA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with 1-2 years of call center, contact center, or high-volume phone support experience who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, follow established workflows, document interactions accurately, and deliver a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow call scripts, workflows, policies, and compliance guidelines to ensure consistent service.
- Document customer communications accurately in CRM or customer management systems.
- Listen actively, resolve customer concerns, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and response times.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support service goals and continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
- $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
