An established Plastics Manufacturing Company in Concord is looking for a Third Shift Supervisor. MUST HAVE PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING AND SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE.
Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on supervisor that is able to process, setup and startup plastic injection molding equipment in a medium sized manufacturing facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Startup and Manage 10-12 Injection Molding Machines while continuously reviewing Parts during the Shift
-Supervise 8-12 Employees
-Follow and Enforce all Safety Rules
-Use Production Schedule to assign Tasks and Priorities during the Shift
-Troubleshoot Manufacturing and Assembly Processes
-Review and Record Production Numbers
-Assist in Mold and Equipment Setup, Employee Training and Quality Control as Needed
Applicant Needs:
-Minimum 2 years plastics manufacturing experience
-Strong Troubleshooting and Time Management Skills
-Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Mechanical and Industrial Skills
-Team-oriented and Self-Directed
-Good communication and Leadership Skills
-Required to operate Forklift and Overhead Crane. On-site Licensing/Training
Work Environment:
-Good Work-Life balance. 8-Hour Day Shift with 2 Saturdays/Month
-Climate controlled Environment
-Moderate Noise Level
-Regular exposure to moving Mechanical Parts
Will hopefully have:
-2 years Supervising Experience
-4 years Injection Molding Experience
Position to start Immediately.
