We are looking for a personable, reliable, and service‑driven Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Our hotel operates 24/7, so schedule flexibility is essential. Prior hotel front desk experience and HotelKey PMS knowledge are preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Answer and route incoming calls using the hotel’s phone system
- Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Perform night audit duties as needed, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to support a seamless guest experience
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Ability to work all three shifts based on business needs:
7AM–3PM, 3PM–11PM, and 11PM–7AM
(Training on each shift is required.)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Previous HotelKey PMS experience preferred
- Familiarity with hotel front desk operations is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
- Strong phone etiquette and comfort using phone systems
- Excellent interpersonal and guest‑service skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Hospitality management background is helpful but not required
