Position Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the face of Alina Nail Studio. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Russian and English, a polished appearance, and a genuine passion for customer care. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, from greeting clients to managing bookings and assisting our team.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome clients as they arrive.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries in both Russian and English.
- Schedule, confirm, and modify client appointments using our booking system.
- Provide accurate information about services, prices, and salon policies.
- Process payments and maintain organized daily transaction records.
- Communicate efficiently between clients and nail technicians.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist salon management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service position (preferably in a salon, spa, or luxury environment).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with booking or POS systems preferred.
- Must be available to work on weekends or evenings if required.
