HealthPro has an excellent opportunity for Dialysis Technician!
This is a Full-Time opportunity at a local correctional facility located just 15 minutes south of Columbus, Ohio.
***615am-215pm, 40 hours per week, days off are Sun/Tue, Sun/Wed or Sun/Thur***
MUST HAVE DIALYSIS EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION
Responsibilities:
- Perform dialysis procedures on patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Set up and operate dialysis machines and equipment
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Administer medications as directed by the healthcare team
- Document patient information and treatment data accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand the dialysis process and its impact on the body
- Proficient in aseptic technique to ensure a sterile environment during dialysis procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and document patient information
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail to accurately monitor patient vital signs and document treatment data
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
