Responsibilities
Follow all cash handling procedures & ensure cash balanced daily. Reduce or eliminate daily cash overage or shortage. Ensure excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and surrounding areas. Replenish stock where needed including plates, napkins and utensils. Prep orders according to tickets. Adhere to all policies, rules and procedures of the restaurant. Follow all guidelines and procedures pertaining to local Health Department. Complete other duties that may be assigned ***If not certified as a food handler or food manager with Harris County, you will need to be within two weeks from start date*** More details to come after hired.
