We’re looking for a passionate tennis professional who believes coaching is about more than teaching strokes—it’s about building confidence, creating relationships, and helping young players fall in love with the game.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established junior program with an existing player base, year-round indoor courts, and the support needed to build a successful coaching career. What You’ll Do
- Help lead and continue growing an established junior development program.
- Assist with and potentially take ownership of our 10 & Under Tennis pathway.
- Teach private lessons, semi-private lessons, clinics, and junior programs.
- Build strong relationships with players and parents through exceptional communication.
- Contribute ideas that improve programming, player development, and the overall club experience.
- Represent the program with professionalism both on and off the court.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current certification through a recognized professional organization (RSPA, PTR, USPTA, etc.).
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate coaching liability insurance.
- Experience coaching juniors and/or 10 & Under Tennis is preferred.
- We especially encourage professionals who are eager to build a long-term coaching career and grow into greater leadership responsibilities.
