Join a forward-thinking machine shop building the future of American manufacturing. We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist who can independently program in Mastercam, develop efficient setups, select tooling, and take precision parts from print through first article.
You will be trained in advanced CNC equipment (full 5 axis), robotics and automation technologies. This is an opportunity to expand way beyond traditional machining, receive hands-on training, and help develop cutting-edge automated manufacturing systems.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Mastercam programming experience
- Advanced CNC mill setup and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read drawings and interpret GD&T
- Experience selecting tooling, workholding, feeds, and speeds
- Approximately 7–10+ years of CNC machining experience
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork
