Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common spaces to meet health and safety standards.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment such as floor auto scrubber ,carpet cleaners, safely and effectively.
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash liners to ensure continuous availability.
- Conduct periodic inspections of the facility to identify cleaning needs or maintenance issues that require attention.
- Follow established safety procedures during all custodial tasks to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to complete special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or institutional settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues.
