Prava Therapy is looking for a Occupational Therapist ready to build their own outpatient practice inside a senior living community. No clinic-hopping, no productivity quotas, just one community of independent living residents who want to stay active and age well.

What you'll build
You'll become the go-to movement and wellness expert for the community, building real relationships and growing a concierge outpatient practice focused on outcomes and experience. Residents come to you not because they're sick, but because they want to stay independent, improve strength and balance, recover after surgery, prevent falls, and keep living actively.
This isn't high-volume therapy. It's relationship-based care, delivered where your patients already live.
