About the Position
No1 Med Spa is seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Advanced Aesthetician to join our growing aesthetics team.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on facial skills who is knowledgeable about professional skincare, confident educating patients, and comfortable recommending treatment plans and home-care products.
The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, sales-oriented without being overly aggressive, comfortable with technology, and willing to participate in our social media and marketing content.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Nevada Advanced Aesthetician license
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional aesthetic experience preferred
- Strong facial and advanced skincare treatment skills
- Knowledge of professional and medical-grade skincare products
- Experience with lymphatic drainage massage / facial lymphatic massage
- Strong patient consultation and treatment-planning skills
- Ability to educate patients and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments
- Strong retail, upselling, and package-conversion skills
- Comfortable discussing memberships, treatment packages, and complementary services
- Laser and/or energy-based device experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, EMR software, and other clinic technology
- Professional, neat, clean, and polished appearance
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work as part of a team
Social Media & Marketing
Our aesthetic team participates in the growth and marketing of the practice. Candidates should be:
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Willing to participate in treatment demonstrations, before-and-after content, Reels, photos, and educational videos
- Comfortable discussing treatments and skincare products on social media
- Willing to help create authentic content showcasing services and patient education
Prior social media experience is a plus, but being comfortable and willing to participate is most important.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facials and advanced aesthetic treatments within scope of practice
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and skin assessments
- Develop customized treatment and home-care recommendations
- Educate patients regarding skincare products, treatments, and maintenance
- Recommend appropriate additional treatments and packages based on patient goals
- Perform lymphatic drainage techniques when appropriate
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Take appropriate before-and-after photographs
- Maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation and infection-control standards
- Assist with patient retention, rebooking, memberships, and treatment-plan follow-up
- Maintain knowledge of current aesthetic treatments, devices, skincare products, and industry trends
- Participate in clinic events, promotions, training, and social media content
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and employment structure.

Interview Requirement
Please bring your current Nevada Advanced Aesthetician license to your interview.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, appearance, patient experience, and professional growth and who wants to build long-term relationships with patients while growing with our practice.
Experience with lasers and advanced aesthetic devices is highly preferred but not required for the right candidate.
