Are you a proven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing business?
Creative Windows is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to represent the industry's premier brand—Hunter Douglas—while helping homeowners, designers, builders, and commercial clients create beautiful, functional spaces with custom window treatments.
This is a straight commission position designed for high performers who want the freedom to control their income. Successful Territory Managers typically earn $70,000–$110,000+ annually, with no cap on commissions. To help you get off to a strong start, we provide a 60-day training salary before transitioning to commission. Company car provided.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business within your assigned territory
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, interior designers, builders, architects, and referral partners
- Conduct in-home and showroom consultations
- Design custom window treatment solutions featuring Hunter Douglas products
- Prepare proposals and close sales
- Manage projects from consultation through installation while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Grow your referral network and become the trusted expert in your market
What We're Looking For
Required
- Demonstrated success in commission-based or consultative sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
- Window treatment sales or installation experience
Schedule
- Flexible schedule
- Mostly daytime appointments
- Occasional evening consultations (approximately 2 per month)
- Occasional Saturdays (approximately 4 per year)
