Palisade Painting Co. is a painting company based in Bend. We win the jobs, deal with the customers, and take care of scheduling, quoting, billing, and follow-up. Our subs get organized projects with a clear scope, do the work, and get paid fast. No chasing customers, no chasing checks.
We are growing across Central Oregon and looking for licensed painting subcontractors, both crews and solo pros, who want steady work with a company that has its act together.

The work:
Residential repaints (interior and exterior), move-in and move-out jobs, commercial turnovers, and custom home projects in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and the surrounding area.
- Full surface prep to spec: cleaning, sanding, caulking, patching, priming. We back our work with a 5-year craftsmanship guarantee, so prep matters here.
- Brush, roll, and spray application (airless and conventional) on drywall, siding, stucco, masonry, trim, and cabinets
- Daily cleanup and property protection. Clean job sites are part of our reputation.
- Regular communication with our project manager on progress and any issues
- Work done to the written scope, no shortcuts
Requirements:
- Active Oregon CCB license in good standing (we verify before your first job)
- Current general liability insurance with certificate of coverage
- Completed W-9 and signed subcontractor agreement
- Two references from recent painting work
- Your own tools, sprayer, ladders, and equipment
- Solid residential and/or commercial painting experience with strong prep fundamentals
- Reliable, unmarked transportation and the ability to show up on time
Nice to have: RRP lead-safe certification, fine finish or cabinet experience, crews that can run more than one project at a time.
How it starts:
Quick onboarding (license and insurance verification, agreement, quality standards walkthrough), then a paid trial job. Do good work and you are in the rotation. Do great work and you earn Preferred status.
Pay:
Project-based pay that typically works out to $25-$40/hour depending on scope, skill, and speed. Preferred subs get first access to the busiest part of the schedule.
