Summary
This role provides administrative and client support to a team that helps employers manage their employee benefits programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. The coordinator assists with renewals, open enrollment, benefits administration, compliance documentation, claims support, and maintaining client records and benefit systems. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while supporting both clients and internal account management teams.
