We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client and employee records, handling all forms of communication, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff
- Communicate professionally with case managers, social workers, and agency partners
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Handle general office correspondence via email, fax, scanning, and copying
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records using basic computer software
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews
- Support HR and management with administrative projects as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ year of administrative or office experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Positive attitude, reliable, and self-motivated
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing systems.
