Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Support/Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in heavy equipment operation, materials handling, and warehouse distribution processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse management while supporting shipping and receiving functions. Candidates with previous warehouse supervisor experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems will find this role particularly suitable. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Assist with inventory management tasks including stock counting, inventory control, and maintaining accurate records
- Support order picking and packing processes to ensure timely order fulfillment for shipping & receiving
- Load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves efficiently and ensuring proper placement of materials
- Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while verifying order accuracy through order picker systems
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all warehouse activities, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA guidelines
- Load delivery and in-servicing of equipment
Skills:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, & pallet jacks safely
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation
- Prior warehouse experience
- Knowledge of DME equipment is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards
- Previous delivery experience (with durable medical products preferred)

Hours
- FT, Monday - Friday
- 40 hours/week
- Position starts at $20/hour
