Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Operations to lead our organization’s operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee complex business operations, implement large-scale organizational change management initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape strategic planning efforts, manage budgets at the executive level, and ensure operational efficiency across all departments. Your expertise in data-driven decision making and process improvement will be instrumental in propelling the organization toward its long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless business operations across all units.
- Drive large-scale organizational change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and scalability.
- Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage operational excellence initiatives focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Develop and monitor executive-level budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss analysis to ensure financial health and accountability.
- Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to optimize operational performance and strategic outcomes.
- Supervise senior leadership teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes leadership development and accountability.
- Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that support strategic goals.
- Conduct operational analysis to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead large-scale organizational change management efforts to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal growth strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in strategic management, program management, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated success in managing executive-level teams with supervising experience in complex organizational settings.
- Extensive knowledge of change management principles and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong background in business development management, budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis.
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change projects with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.
- Ability to utilize data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision making at an executive level.
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
