Required Education and Experience

3 or more years of experience in digital asset management, media operations, or a closely related discipline;

Demonstrated experience managing media libraries at scale across video, photo, and audio;

Working knowledge of metadata schemas and controlled vocabulary design;

Experience with DIT and ingest workflows;

Working proficiency in editing tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve;

Working editorial eye with the ability to identify story potential in raw footage and prepare content for downstream creative use; and
-
Active interest in the AI media landscape with concrete examples of tools evaluated, adopted, or built into workflows.
Preferred Education and Experience

Background in story-driven editing, brand storytelling, or documentary content curation preferred;

Experience integrating DAM and asset systems with adjacent tools via API or automation preferred;

Formal or self-taught training in library science, archival studies, or information management a plus; and

Exposure to energy infrastructure or trade-industry media environments a plus.
