Summary
We are seeking an UnArmed Security Officer to join our team at Shield and Buckler Security, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our clients by providing unarmed security services. Your expertise will play a crucial role in protecting assets and ensuring the safety of individuals.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and maintain accurate logs of activities.
- Enforce laws and regulations as necessary, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
Requirements
- Valid unarmed security license or certification required.
- Experience in security or law enforcement roles preferred.
- Conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) is a plus.
