Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of our dietary team, including preparation, service, and sanitation of food and beverages
Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs that meet the dietary needs of our patients and residents
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA standards
Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation, making adjustments as necessary
Manage food inventory, ordering, and budgeting
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for dietary operations
Provide training and support to dietary staff to ensure excellent service and patient satisfaction
Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting
Requirements:
Dietary Supervisor or related experience in a healthcare setting
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Knowledge of dietary regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
