Our proactive water management program is a cornerstone of our success, and our Irrigation Technicians play a critical role in maintaining that standard. We are currently seeking motivated Irrigation Technicians to join our Coachella Valley Location.
Position Overview
The Irrigation Technician reports directly to the Irrigation Division Manager and is responsible for maintaining and repairing irrigation systems across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform main and lateral line repairs
- Repair and replace valves
- Troubleshoot irrigation systems
- Repair and maintain sprinklers and related components
- Identify and report property issues to supervisors
- Ensure irrigation systems operate efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
- Understanding of irrigation systems from meter to delivery (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn—training is available for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
