nLogic is seeking an IT Operations & Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities
- Perform system and server administration, including backups, patching, troubleshooting, and restoration
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, group policies, and related directory services
- Support storage systems, network devices, LAN environments, IT infrastructure, and software testing labs
- Support system analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, IA initiatives, mitigation strategies, and transition planning
- Ensure compliance with DoW, MDA, and local installation IT standards and policies
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT operations, communications systems, or network infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated leadership managing large, diverse technical teams in high‑tempo operational environments.
- Experience with network operations, incident management, and enterprise IT service delivery.
- Strong background in DoW communications systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and COMSEC.
- Proven ability to develop policies, procedures, SOPs, and training documentation.
- Experience briefing senior leaders and coordinating across multi-agency environments
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Expertise in SharePoint administration and secure data management.
- Experience in emergency management and continuity of operations planning.
- Familiarity with DoW compliance requirements.
- Strong technical writing skills for SOPs, guides, and instructional materials.
