Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is the largest and most recognized window brand in America. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator in our Mechanicsburg, PA location.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. You will manage communications, coordinate project updates, and help ensure our office runs efficiently.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide timely and accurate updates on project and installation status
- Follow up with customers after installations and distribute post-project surveys
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Support project coordination to ensure seamless communication between teams
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and review platforms such as Rep.com
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and collaborative office environment
- 2+ years of customer service or customer-facing experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
