We are looking for a driven and energetic Telemarketer to join our growing team. In this in-office role, you will contact prospective customers to promote our home improvement products and services, generate qualified leads, and support overall sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services and create interest.
- Clearly and confidently explain product features and benefits.
- Establish rapport with prospects through strong communication and customer service skills.
- Identify opportunities and help move leads through the sales process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of home improvement telemarketing or relevant sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to confidently engage customers.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Competitive pay offered, with higher compensation available for experienced candidates. Commission-based bonuses are available starting on day one.
