Are you motivated by goals, energized by people, and love talking tech? Reliable Communications is hiring Full-Time Wireless Sales Associates to join our growing Cricket Wireless team. Whether you're helping a first-time phone buyer or upgrading a loyal customer, you'll guide them to the best plans, accessories, and devices — and get paid well for doing it.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories (in-store, over the phone, and online)
- Close sales with confidence and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn our product offerings through hands-on training
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets with consistency
- Assist in opening and closing store operations and maintain visual merchandising
- Support store appearance, team meetings, and occasional local marketing events
- Assist with social media marketing efforts, including promoting offers and engaging with the local community online
- Participate in local marketing initiatives such as flyering and promoting products to drive traffic and sales
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Schedule & Availability This is a full-time position covering 5 days per week. Store hours are Monday–Friday 9:50 AM–8:00 PM, Saturday 9:50 AM–6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:50 AM–4:00 PM.
Shifts include a mix of morning (9:50 AM–3:00 PM), afternoon (2:50–8:00 PM), and full-day shifts (9:50 AM–8:00 PM) — expect at least 1 to 2 full-day shifts per week. One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required every week as part of your regular schedule.
Candidates must have open availability and be flexible with a rotating weekly schedule based on business needs and staffing requirements.
