We are currently hiring Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and performing basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
Schedule: Rotating shifts (must be available for days, nights, weekends as scheduled)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate automated and manual production machinery according to safety and quality standards
- Perform routine machine checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance as needed
- Monitor production output and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Complete required production logs and documentation accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work collaboratively with the team and report any issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Basic mechanical understanding for simple repairs and adjustments
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work rotating shifts
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
