Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote developmental milestones and inclusive learning experiences.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and support fundraising efforts.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet program goals and maintain financial sustainability.
- Supervise teaching staff and management team by providing mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting professional development.
- Manage classroom operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community events.
- Represent the center at public speaking engagements, community forums, and outreach activities to promote the program’s mission and achievements.
Experience
- Proven management experience in education administration or child care settings with a focus on leadership roles.
- Extensive classroom teaching experience working directly with young children across diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated success in curriculum development tailored to early childhood development stages.
- Experience in fundraising activities or grant writing to support program expansion and resource acquisition.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing teams of educators or administrative staff.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements and stakeholder engagement.
