ReNewIt by Kurtis is growing, and we’re looking for experienced in-home sales professionals to join our expanding cabinet refacing & refinishing division across Metro Detroit.
We’re a third-generation, family-owned remodeling company with over 55 years in business, and we’re actively looking for strong closers who want the opportunity to earn big and grow with a trusted brand.
Compensation
- 100% Commission – Uncapped earning potential
- Top performers earn $125,000–$185,000+ annually
- Strong performers earn exactly what they produce — no cap, no ceiling
What You’ll Do
- Run warm, pre-set in-home appointments scheduled by our call center
- Conduct design-focused consultations with homeowners
- Present cabinet refacing and refinishing solutions
- Close deals during the first visit
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience with proven closing ability
- Comfortable with one-call closes in the home
- Confident using iPad / digital sales tools
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle light physical activity during appointments
Preferred Experience
- Home improvement or remodeling sales
- Kitchen & bath sales
- Any high-ticket, in-home sales environment
Schedule
- Full-time
- 5 days per week
- In-home appointments throughout Metro Detroit
