Job Title: Forklift Team Lead
Location: New Boston, MI
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire
Shift: 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) must be available to train on days. 7 day operating facility.
Pay: $24

Job Summary: Act as a working team lead, operate forklift along other operators while taking over leadership/ management job duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team leads are working team leads; operating forklift in a cold environment (-10 degree freezer and 40 degree cooler).
- Must have experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Operate stand up forklift.
Qualifications:
- Forklift Experience required
- Warehouse/ Management Experience
Working Conditions:
Working within a food manufacturing environment.
