Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated laborer to join our carpentry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and a passion for delivering high-quality work. This role involves working on diverse projects within the construction industry, requiring both technical skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Must be willing to learn. Must have valid drivers license. Hours of operation are 7a-3:30p.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and installation of structures alongside our carpenters.
- Execute construction painting and flooring installation with precision.
- Assist in masonry work as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools.
- Experience in construction, trim work, framing, flooring installation, roofing, and masonry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to estimate project needs effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
