Order Picker – Medical Warehouse
Location: Springfield, MO
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join a medical warehouse team in Springfield, MO. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, stocking, receiving, and routing products while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced warehouse setting and is committed to quality and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, replenish, and accurately pick customer orders
- Verify products, quantities, and labels to maintain inventory accuracy
- Route completed orders to the appropriate staging or trailer area
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Operate warehouse computers and inventory systems as required
- Work effectively with team members to meet productivity goals
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or unresolved issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
- Maintain dependable attendance and adhere to company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or order picking experience preferred
- Forklift and order picker equipment experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Schedule
- Sunday: 8:30 AM until work is complete
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM until work is complete
- Saturday and 1 day off during the week.
- Approximately 40 hours per week with overtime as needed
