We are looking for a CMA/MA who is a team player, desires to take great care of the patients they encounter, and communicates well. Hours:
Monday – Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay:
$21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Keeps an efficient clinical flow by preparing rooms for new patients, rooming patients, obtaining vitals, and preparing patients for their appropriate exams.
· Assist physicians with exams, treatments, and procedures.
· Perform phlebotomy.
· Properly manage collected specimens.
· Administer medications as directed by physicians.
· Prepare charts prior to patient’s arrival.
· Stocking of supplies for the exam rooms and clinic.
· Adheres to all relevant health and safety standards while working.
· Adheres to HIPAA policies.
Preferred:
Certified Medical Assistant
Prefer a graduate with a diploma, certificate, or Associate Degree from an accredited Program.
1 year clinical experience required
Ability to navigate a computer
