Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate BOTOX- Registered Nurse to join our innovative aesthetic medicine team. In this role, you will deliver expert Botox and other botulinum toxin treatments, providing clients with safe, effective, and personalized cosmetic solutions. Responsibilities
- Administer Botox and botulinum toxin treatments with precision, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and skin evaluations, to determine suitability for treatment.
- Educate clients on procedure expectations, post-treatment care, and potential side effects to foster informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation of all procedures performed in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure sterile technique and infection control practices are rigorously followed during all procedures.
- Monitor patient responses during treatment sessions and manage any adverse reactions promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s aesthetic goals.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or equivalent) in good standing.
- Proven experience administering Botox or other injectable treatments; certification in botulinum toxin treatment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, physiology, and injection techniques specific to esthetic procedures.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for documentation purposes.
- Prior experience working in medical aesthetics, dermatology, ophthalmology, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to educate and reassure clients effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
