About the Position
The Director of NA REL PCSD Business Management is a strategic and transformational leader responsible for driving share, revenue, and profit outcomes for PCSD across the North America Relationship (REL) business.
Reporting to the Executive Director for Commercial Product & Business Management, this leader partners closely with Segment Sales Leaders, Product Management, Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to shape strategy, drive execution discipline, and lead a high-performing business management organization.
This role requires a confident executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrixed environment, as well as translating strategy into measurable results while developing a best-in-class team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Leadership
- Own and drive the REL PCSD business strategy across segments, ensuring alignment to NA and WW priorities and delivery of fiscal commitments
- Lead annual planning, mid-term strategy, and in-quarter adjustments to maximize performance in a dynamic market
- Translate market insights, competitive dynamics, and portfolio opportunities into clear, executable growth plays
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, shaping priorities, identifying risks, and driving accountability
2. Transformation & Growth Execution
- Identify, incubate, and scale strategic growth initiatives (e.g., acquisition, AI PC, workstation, services attach)
- Drive end-to-end integration of programs across sales, marketing, channel, and solutions teams
- Remove structural barriers and accelerate execution to improve speed to market and seller productivity
- Lead the business through change, continuously evolving operating models, processes, and tools
3. P&L Ownership & Performance Management
- Own REL PCSD business performance with accountability for revenue, profit, and share outcomes
- Lead forecasting processes, including quarterly outlook calls and ongoing risk/opportunity management
- Develop deep expertise in segment and product-level P&L, including margin drivers and investment trade-offs
- Drive disciplined decision-making on pricing, investments, and large deals to maximize long-term returns
4. Data-Driven Insights & Market Intelligence
- Establish a best-in-class business management system (BMS) with clear KPIs, inspection cadence, and transparency
- Leverage internal and external data to generate actionable insights on performance, competition, and growth opportunities
- Provide clear, executive-level storytelling on business health, trends, and required actions
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align Product, Sales, Finance, GSC, Marketing, and Channel teams around a single, integrated business plan
- Ensure inventory, demand planning, and supply strategies align with market opportunities and financial goals
- Drive cross-functional accountability for delivering results against commitments
6. Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Business Managers
- Set a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Build bench strength and elevate the team’s capability in strategy, analytics, and executive engagement
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and proactive problem-solving
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience across sales, business management, product, finance, or related roles
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes (revenue, profit, share) in complex environments
- Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of P&L management and forecasting

This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on-site for in-person collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
