Operations Manager (I-17 and Pinnacle Peak)
Busy Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company located in North Phoenix (101 and I-17). Seeking a full time Operations Manager to actively participate in and manage all aspects of DME operations, including annual accreditation, service staff, training, equipment inventory, cleaning and repairs, and fleet vehicle maintenance.
Necessary experience:
- 1 year DME operations management
- DME accreditation
Required skills:
- Work closely and collaborate with Office Manager and administrative staff
- Hiring, training, and supervision of service department staff
- Professional and articulate written and verbal communication skills
- Computer and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail; maintenance of accurate records
- Procurement, maintenance, and management of equipment inventory, supplies, and parts
- QI/PI, P&P refinement, and overall people and managerial skills
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Possess Valid Driver's License with good MVR
- Ability to pass DOT Physical
Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Full time, occasional overtime, evenings, weekends. Benefits include health insurance, 401K (after one year of employment), holiday and vacation pay after 90 day probation. Submit resumes and cover letters by email. Starting pay: $25.00 per hour, DOE
