Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Lawn Maintenance Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a job well done. The ideal candidate will be punctual, hardworking, and preferably have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using power equipment
- Perform general landscape maintenance (weeding, blowing, debris removal)
- Assist in seasonal cleanup and mulching
- Operate equipment safely and maintain tools
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Communicate with team members and supervisors effectively
Qualifications:
- Dependable and on time every day
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in lawn care a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
