Job Description:
Hours are Monday – Friday, 6AM – 2:30PM
- Provide technical expertise required to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the facility including knowledge in the following areas:
- HVAC Systems
- Fire/Sprinkler Systems
- Boiler Operations
- Plumbing Systems
- Electrical Systems
- General Construction
- Respond to emergency spills or calls. Report damages and support repairs. Perform maintenance including replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks, painting, drywall repair. Replace light bulbs, etc.
- Must be able to work independently and on a team. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize based on the needs of tenants. Must be able to lift weight up to 80 pounds. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions as well as basic communication skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment and materials needed to perform required tasks. Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical and equipment problems.
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited a variety of tenant work orders and fit outs.

- Prior technical experience with systems in the facility as listed in the job description.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently and respond to tenant needs.
- Basic verbal and written skills. Ability to respond with tact, professionally and courteously to tenants and clients.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds.
- Start Time for our Maintenance Technician 6am
- Willing to train the right applicant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
