About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our property remains safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. You will utilize your expertise in groundskeeping and general building repairs to maintain high operational standards across our campus.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal planting to enhance property curb appeal.

Ensure site accessibility and safety by performing efficient snow removal and ice management during winter months.

Perform routine building maintenance tasks such as painting, minor plumbing repairs, and basic carpentry to keep facilities in top condition.

Manage the upkeep of groundskeeping equipment and tools to ensure they remain in peak working order.

Coordinate the movement of furniture and supplies to support internal operational needs.

Maintain a clean and orderly environment by clearing debris and managing waste across the facility.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 75 pounds and navigating various terrains.

Capacity to work in diverse weather conditions and adapt to flexible scheduling as needed.

Prior professional experience in facilities maintenance or commercial groundskeeping.

Demonstrated proficiency in snow plowing and heavy equipment operation.

Possession of a Commercial Driver License (CDL).

Basic troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems.
