Assist technicians and retail/wholesale customers with parts lookup and ordering
Accurately process parts invoices, returns, and special orders
Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
Receive and check in daily shipments
Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
Automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus!)
Strong computer and catalog lookup skills
High attention to detail and organization
Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
