Position:
· Position: Neurofeedback Technician I
· Part-time, weekly hours ranging from 3-10 hours per week on Mondays 8am-12pm and Wednesdays 11am-3pm .
Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, self-motivated Part-Time QEEG & Neurofeedback technician. This position will require travel to Residential Treatment Programs several days a week during regular business hours. Experience preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for those interested in the Mental Health field. Candidates will receive Neurofeedback training and have the opportunity to work directly with Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Ingrid Boveda.
Responsibilities
- Works with Treatment Programs to coordinate individual QEEG and Neurofeedback sessions including necessary preparation, prioritizing, scheduling, and arranging for other resources as needed.
- Neurofeedback set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Conducts Neurofeedback Assessments.
- QEEG set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conducts QEEG Brain Maps
- Client monitoring during sessions.
- Manages and uploads data through appropriate systems as needed.

Education/Experience/Training
- Experience with QEEG/neurofeedback preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate.
- Must complete Neurofeedback training as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen or Work Permit with SSN
- Able to pass a Background Screening
Knowledge/Skills
- Knowledge of laws, state and federal healthcare compliance, regulatory and HIPAA privacy matters and other standards applicable to healthcare organization (candidate can be trained in compliance/privacy practices upon hire)
- Excellent knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Section 164.508(b)(3)(ii).
- Understands the compliance and ethics profession, theories, and standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
