We help healers, holistic practitioners, and health professionals launch their own online business through the Visionary Healer Method, an 8-week program created by Dr. Samuel B. Lee, MD. Our students build a real, working client-attraction system: their message, their offer, their funnel, and their community.
The program is growing fast. Our students currently receive over 400 coaching sessions per cohort cycle, and we are hiring our second Master Coach to lead them through it.
What you will do:
Hold 1:1 coaching consults across the student journey: welcome calls, mid-program check-ins, and graduation calls.
Guide members through the program week by week so they finish and launch.
Coach members through money blocks, visibility fears, and success blockers as they come up.
Advise on offers, messaging, and funnels. When a student says "my offer is not selling," you can diagnose why and coach them through it.
Run group Q&A calls and support our graduate community.
Track student progress and flag members who need extra support.
Who you are:
3+ years coaching clients inside a high-ticket coaching or transformation program (required).
Fluent in online business fundamentals: offers, opt-in funnels, email nurture, webinars, and community.
Hands-on GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred; funnel-builder fluency (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or similar) near-required.
Comfortable coaching spiritually oriented entrepreneurs. Our students are healers and practitioners, and you can meet them where they are while holding them to real business standards.
Reliable full-time availability with a consistent weekly calendar.
What we offer:
Full-time, fully remote role.
$75,000 to $85,000 base salary, plus commissions and performance bonuses tied to clear goals around student success and program growth. Strong coaching here is measurable, and we pay for it.
A student base that is already enrolled and paying. You coach, we fill the program.
Direct collaboration with our founder, leadership team, and Lead Master Coach.
We review every application and interview on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
