We're looking for an experienced roofing leader who wants to do more than manage projects. This is an opportunity to work directly with ownership to improve operations, build great teams, mentor future leaders, and help grow one of San Diego's most respected roofing companies.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to help shape the future of our roofing division—not simply keep it running.
What You'll Do
· Lead residential and commercial roofing production
· Manage crews, foremen, and subcontractors
· Coordinate Roofing & Solar R&R projects
· Manage material purchasing and negotiate with suppliers to improve pricing, service, and product availability.
· Improve labor productivity, quality, and job costing
· Conduct final inspections and manage warranty work
· Train and develop field leaders
· Enforce safety standards and build accountability
· Support estimating with field expertise
What Success Looks Like
In your first year you'll help us:
· Improve gross profit
· Reduce material waste and warranty callbacks
· Improve supplier pricing
· Build stronger crews
· Increase customer satisfaction
· Help create a roofing division that scales
What We're Looking For
· 10+ years of roofing experience (required)
· Experience leading multiple crews
· Extensive residential and commercial roofing experience
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Material purchasing and scheduling experience
· OSHA knowledge
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
· Experience reading plans and specifications preferred
· Valid California Driver's License
Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000–105,000, depending on experience
