Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the patient care team to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient service
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with precision and professionalism
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information
- Maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies
- Manage and oversee all incoming leads, inquiries, and consultation requests.
- Convert consultations into booked treatments and membership enrollments.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Lead efforts to improve patient experience by implementing best practices in office procedures and customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a medical or dental office environment, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare workflows
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and staff
- Excellent medical administrative skills, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and insurance processing
- Prior office experience that highlights organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Experience working specifically in dental or healthcare offices is highly desirable
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients empathetically and professionally
- Able to see all leads through the booking process ensuring 80% close rate.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
