The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Utility Permit Technician (Customer Service Billing) position. This position will be primarily responsible for:
Processing sewer service applications, collect fees, responding to permit related inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer account information.
Providing customer support in person, by phone, and via email regarding billing, permits, and general service questions.

Processing customer payments (cash, credit card, and check) and reconciling daily transactions with accuracy.

Operating standard office equipment—including computers, scanners, and printers—and navigate multiple software applications efficiently.
Creating new accounts for serviced properties and ensuring timely updates to the billing system.
Reviewing returned mail and updating customer accounts or records as needed.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

One (1) year general clerical experience, preferably in an accounting, financial, or billing environment.

Bilingual preferred.

Equivalent combination of formal education and appropriate related experience may be considered.
Licenses/Certifications:

Specified positions may require the possession of a valid Nevada Class [C] driver's license at time of application.
