Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Build relationships with builders, homeowners, and prospective clients
- Conduct presentations, identify customer needs, present value-driven solutions, and close sales
- Maintain communication throughout the project process and build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the DFW market
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Landscaping or outdoor service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable visiting job sites, meeting clients outdoors, and attending meetings at corporate offices
- Valid driver’s license required
