Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Management
- Proactively fill open job orders by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Conduct full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, placement, and retention.
- Schedule and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person using effective screening techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure CoWorx remains their first choice.
- Maintain full compliance with ATS usage and internal operational processes.
- May be responsible for payroll management for working talent, depending on location.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Entry level — no previous recruiting experience required!
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills and comfort working with candidates and clients.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits and recruiting events as needed.
